Recently, I have been really enjoying having muesli for breakfast. I’ve come up with a recipe of my own, because here it’s very hard to get a nutrious muesli.. Most of the cereals in Italy are full of sugar and fat:(
So here’s the recipe!
2 1/2 tbsp honey
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup mixed fruit and nuts
Melt the honey in a pan for roughly 30 seconds, add the oats and stir until combined.
Store in an airtight conatainer for up to a week!
It’s that easy!
